Cancellations:
We do not allow cancellations of orders.

Returns/Exchanges:
Our products are considered as sanitary goods. For that reason, we do not offer refunds or exchange after products leave our facility. In the event that you’ve ordered the wrong size bracelet and you haven’t received a tracking number yet, contact us via email: itswristgameproper@gmail.com with the proper size(s).

Repair:
Once your repair item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your repair item. We will also notify you of the status of your repair. The repair fee is 50% of the original cost of the bracelet. The repair fee will be requested via invoice and must be paid before the repair process begins. If you should require a repair, contact us at: itswristgameproper@gmail.com and mail your product to: P.O. Box 8164 Eastpointe Michigan US 48021

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Beaded Bracelets:
Our bracelets are constructed with beads made from: glass or natural stones/crystals (such as but not limited to: Agate, Jade, Jasper, Onyx, Tiger Eye and etc.) Our bracelets are constructed using stretch materials. We ask that you please remove your bracelets before sleeping, sports or strenuous activities. To clean your bracelets, please use a damped soft cloth. When not in use, be sure to store you bracelets in a jewelry box or an air-tight container.

Bangles/Pendants/Charms:
Our bangles, beaded bracelet pendants & charms are constructed with silver plated copper, metal and brass. All silver tarnishes naturally. The use of perfumes, body sprays, lotions and chemicals could alter the finish of your bangles, pendants or charms. We ask that you please remove your bracelets before showering, bathing, doing chores that involve cleaners or prolong use of water. To clean your bangles/pendants/charms, please use a polish cloth. When not in use, be sure pieces are dry before storing them in a jewelry box or an air-tight container.
